Our return policy allows for returns within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt. However, it is crucial to note that items must be in perfect selling condition and unworn. This means that all original tags must be attached, and the items should not show any signs of use or washing conditions.

Each returned item will undergo a thorough inspection to determine its condition before any updates or refunds are processed.

In instances where items are found to be worn, used, or otherwise unsellable, they will be rejected and returned to the customer. This policy is in place to ensure that all products remain in a condition suitable for resale, thereby maintaining the integrity of our offerings.

It is also important to highlight that customers will bear the cost of postage for returns and exchanges. This aspect of our policy is designed to streamline the return process and ensure that customers are aware of their financial responsibilities when returning items. This will be refunded if we find the products faulty or damaged.

This prompt reporting is essential for facilitating a smooth resolution process. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will refund the postage cost incurred by the customer as mentioned and arrange for the dispatch of a replacement product.

In case of refund for the product, it will be refunded to you as store credits within 2-4 business days once investigated and accepted for a refund.
